Spring & Summer Tips for serving wine:
Keep your glass chilled with frozen berries or grapes rather than ice that will melt & dilute your drink.
Santa Maria Peach Tea add just an ounce or 2 of Santa Maria to ice tea for a easy peachy tea. Garnish with fresh slice peaches or raspberries.
Add a slice of orange, lemon or lime to Schade Creeks Friends or Santa Maria Rosie’s Rose
When making sangria with fresh fruit freeze the fruit first to keep it chilled.
When making wine spritzers use lemon lime soda or ginger ale for sweeter drinks, & tonic water or club soda for dryer options.
Cooking Tip: Marinate steak, chicken or shrimp in La Vida Loca’s Jalapeno Raising wine & grill.

Blackberry & Pineapple Sangria Spritzer
1 c. chopped fresh pineapple with juice
1 ½ c. Wide River Pursuit of Happiness
3-4 c Sprite
Muddle the pineapple, combine, garnish with thinly sliced lemon, chill & serve.
Makes a small pitcher.
White Sangria
1 c. sliced peaches
½ c. chopped pineapple with juice
1 ½ c. Santa Maria Voila
3 c. ginger ale
Muddle the fruit in the bottom of the pitcher, add remaining ingredients, stir, chill & serve.
Makes a small pitcher.
